If you choose to connect Apple Health, PulseCoach may access health and activity data such as:

• Heart rate
• Heart rate variability (HRV)
• Resting heart rate
• Running and activity metrics
• Training load and recovery indicators

PulseCoach does not access Apple Health data unless you explicitly grant permission. You can revoke access at any time via your Apple Health settings.

b) User-provided data

You may optionally provide information such as:

• Training goals
• Subjective readiness or wellness check-ins
• Notes related to training or recovery

c) Technical and usage data

We may collect limited technical information, including:

• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Anonymous usage analytics

This data is used solely to improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.

AI-generated insights are informational only and are not medical advice. No automated decisions are made that produce legal, medical, or similarly significant effects.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data retention and deletion

You may disconnect Apple Health at any time.

You may request deletion of your PulseCoach account and associated data by contacting pulsecoachapp@gmail.com.

When an account is deleted, associated personal data is permanently removed unless retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion
